Resolution
Per Prometric policy, all exam candidates must bring a valid, up-to-date government ID to the exam appointment. The candidate's name must be written in Latin/English characters on the ID for the proctor to verify against the exam profile name. Examples of valid IDs include drivers licenses, non-driver photo IDs, or passports.
You must ensure your training profile name matches your government ID exactly before your exam appointment. If you have a nickname or abbreviation as your profile name, you will not be permitted to take the exam at your exam appointment date.
