Policy on exam rescheduling and cancelling as well as steps on how to reschedule or cancel.
Customers who recently purchased a Confluent exam and want to cancel or reschedule their exam.
Per Prometric policy, exams cannot be rescheduled or cancelled within 5 days of the exam appointment. If you reschedule or cancel your exam within the 5 day window, you will forfeit your exam attempt and not be eligible for a refund.
If your exam appointment is more than 5 days in the future, you can reschedule or cancel your exam by following the steps below:
1. Login to your account at https://training.confluent.io
2. Select the Certification tab. From here, be sure to filter to Subscribed
2. Open the exam tile and select Scheduling Options
3. This will launch Prometric. From here, you can select Reschedule or Cancel to modify your exam appointment
*Please note: You will need your Eligibility ID number to complete the request. This can found in the Scheduling Details tab of the exam tile from your training account:
