Resolution
If you are trying to access your recently subscribed content from the Self-Paced Training tab, be sure to filter to Subscribed under the Filter By dropdown. This will populate the content you have access to:
You can also access your training from the My Learning page. To do this, select the My Account tab in the top right of your screen, then select My Learning. From here, you can view your content by Course, Learning Path, Favorites and more:
