The Customer Support working hours for Education & Certification related tickets are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm Central Time (USA). Within business hours, you can expect a response to your ticket within 6 business hours.
Please note, Education & Certification support agents are separate from the general Confluent support agents and do not fall under the same working hours or response time expectations.
